GLS Exchange Service will allow you to receive the new product at your home and simultaneously return your old order directly to the courier!
The GLS courier will bring a pre-printed label with him, to be affixed to the package containing the material.
The same packaging in which the material was delivered to the customer must be used. If it has been discarded, we still recommend using safe packaging, made with care, to avoid damage during transport.
The packaging must contain the product in all its parts.
The right of withdrawal or exchange is excluded in the case of "Supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods" (Article 59 of the Consumer Code)
The service can only be purchased after our authorization.
