The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if he respects these conditions:
- The customer has the right to exchange/return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products.
- The products must not have been used, modified and personalized.
- The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.
- The product must be accompanied by the enclosed guarantee.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of "Supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods" (Article 59 of the Consumer Code)
The buyer loses all rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the defect was discovered.
- Shipping and related costs are charged to the customer.
- Items must be returned in the original warranty related packaging.
- In order to respect the fourteen day deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal to the email address email@example.com

Legal consequences of withdrawal
- The user is required to compensate My Mō Gioielli for the deterioration of the product.
- The repayment obligations of the amount paid will be fulfilled within 14 (fourteen) days by GOOD sent to you by us, usable only on our site.
In no way will they be refunded to the payment method used by the user during the order.
Il GOOD, in no way has an expiration date and can be used at any time. The credit is cumulative. No discounts can be applied to the voucher.
- The user can assert his right to a refund only after receipt by My Mō Gioielli of the returned item or if he can provide proof that he has returned the item within the fourteen day period.
- My Mō Gioielli is in no way responsible for delays or loss by the courier used by the user. In case of non-receipt of the product, the RMA will be cancelled.
Once My Mō Gioielli has received and approved the returned items, it will confirm receipt of the same to the user via email, also providing for the refund, which will be confirmed via email.

My Mō Gioielli provides the customer with a simple and effective service: GLS Exchange Service.
The GLS courier will bring a pre-printed label with him, to be affixed to the package containing the material.
The same packaging in which the material was delivered to the customer must be used. If it has been discarded, we still recommend using safe packaging, made with care, to avoid damage during transport.
The packaging must contain the product in all its parts.
