How long does it take for the delivery outside of Italy? How much are the shipping rates?

  • All orders are shipped via Express courier. Depending on the area or based on the customer's choice, the following couriers will be used: GLS, BRT, SDA, TNT to ensure speed and reliability in delivery. 
  • Shipping is Free for orders over €15,00, a cost of €7,00 will be applied if the amounts are lower.
  • Cash on delivery will incur a fee of €7,00 on the total order.
  • All orders received after 12:00 and on the weekend are to be considered taken over on the following working date.
  • The customer will always be updated on the status of the shipment step by step thanks to Shipment tracking code that you will receive via Email and SMS by the evening of the day on which the shipment takes place or from your personal profile.


Preparation times, production of orders

  • In some cases, we need up to 7 working days to prepare the package. 
    To ensure delivery time, before placing your order, you can send us a request via the page Contacts or via WhatsApp 

  • All personalized items (Engravings, color choices, size changes, etc.) They have a production time specified in the description or agreed by messaging means of communication (Mail, Social).
    Times may vary depending on the item, which can vary from 10 to 30 working days.
    It is the customer's responsibility to take note of this data before confirming the order.

  • The repairs received require an estimated processing and repair time of 12/15 working days. Time due to high repair demand. It is the customer's responsibility to take note of this data before sending the repair to our laboratories.


Delivery times for orders

  • The express courier takes 24/48 hours for delivery throughout Italy except for locations in the regions of Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, where delivery is expected within 48 hours.

Inventories and redelivery

  • The GLS courier makes a first and a second delivery attempt for each shipment. In the event that the recipient is also absent on the second attempt, the shipment will be kept in storage at the relevant GLS office in the area.

  • GLS will apply a delivery cost of € 8,50 which will be automatically charged to the customer. 

  • Until the requested payment is prepared, the customer can only collect independently at the destination location.
