If I'm wrong, size?

According to article 59 of the Consumer Code, articles made on commission, as in this case, are not entitled to returns or replacement.

In this case, we can replace the product with a new one specially made, at a cost of €40 (€10 return shipping cost, €30 cost required for manufacturing by the laboratory)
